The project of reorganization and redevelopment of the area places at the center the sea, the beach, the park and the fortification that is the background, that is, the nature and historical architecture represented by the Fort. The main axes are dictated by the beach / sea (east-west) and by the axis orthogonal to the beach that connects the two branches of the city or the city with the park of Ghiaie (south-north); the sports facilities are eliminated as inconsistent so as to extend the public park up to the fortification; the two volumes placed on the promenade are demolished and rebuilt in another area acting as a node of the new park and landing at the park and the beach through the city with the realization of an eco-sustainable wood structure plastered in respect of the existing volumes; the old bathhouse to the west is redesigned as a terminal of the buildings placed along the beach but also as a pivot of the new urban park still with a plastered wooden frame structure from which begins the walk that continues to the fortification where it widens into a large area intended for events, festivals, concerts, etc. ...
